Patricia Apollonia Kotero is an American actress singer and former model. She was the main female vocalist for Apollonia 6 and co-starred in Prince's film Purple Rain from 1984. Apollonia was given the title of an actress and singer by Prince. In the '80s Apollonia was one of several other performers who gained from Prince. Patricia Kotero was born in Santa Monica in California in 1959. Her first professional venture was as a model during the 1970s. Also, she made an appearance on CHiPS. In 1984, Patricia Kotero was a part of the main woman in the movie Prince's Purple Rain.
