Kristen Anne Bell (born 1980) is a famous American performer and actress. She is born in 1980 and is a Michigan native who was born and fostered by her parents, Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) as well as Tom Bell (a TV news director). Her mother is Polish and her father is German, English Irish and Scottish. Kristen's talent for entertainment was discovered at a very young age. She was cast in the role of Raggedy Ann in 1992 after going to the first audition. Bell aged 13 at the time her mother enrolled as an agent was also auditioned for advertisements for newspapers and television. She also started taking private acting classes around the age of 13. Bell appeared on the screen in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998, as an uncredited actress. Bell was a member of the drama and music club of Shrine Catholic High School. The school's stage production The Wizard of Oz, Bell was chosen to play Dorothy. Bell attended New York City for the Tisch School of the Arts to study musical theatre following her graduation. Bell left the school in 2001 and assumed the role of Becky, a character from Tom Sawyer. The same year she appeared in Pootie Tang however, the scene in which Bell played the role was removed. In the end, there is only a credit sequence. Bell made her debut in 2002. Bell appeared on her first Broadway revival of The Crucible with Liam Neeson as well as Angela Bettis.
